C. Product Guarantee

All products sold from Infinisys's home page are guaranteed to work as advertised when used on a computer that meets the hardware and system requirements displayed. If you feel the software does not work as advertised please contact us detailing your reasons within 14 days of making your purchase. If your claim can be confirmed we will cheerfully refund the purchase price of the software.

How To Receive a Refund

We will provide refunds unconditionally if the software does not work as advertised, or if the information on the product page can be deemed to be misleading. (For example functions advertised on the product page do not work, or the product does not work on a system that the product page states is supported.) Refunds may be provided for other reasons but these will be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds can only be made via Paypal.
